Port coordination · Delivery arrangements
Start with your commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or other shipping document if available. Include the port, expected arrival date, cargo description and delivery postcode. Further information may be needed depending on the goods.
Ask for the breakdown in your quotation. Customs duties, import VAT, port charges, examinations, storage and haulage depend on the consignment and the services required. These should be confirmed separately from the clearance service fee.
Release depends on customs and other relevant authorities, document accuracy and any inspections or outstanding charges. Collection and delivery can be arranged once the necessary releases and bookings are confirmed.
